Full Service Weddings
For the client who wants impactful florals and a team to take care of all the day of details for their celebration- from ceremony through the reception. This package includes custom mood boards, seasonal floral selections and a comprehensive approach to the design to make each detail meaningful and personal.

Elopements
For the minimalist who prefers a few thoughtfully curated arrangements to make their wedding day perfect. Hiking to your ceremony? Hosting a reception dinner with your closest friends? This package is for you.
All micro wedding orders require no on-site set up and must be local in Crested Butte, Colorado.

Our Process
01.
Submit an InquiryOnce you know your wedding date, the next step is to secure wedding vendors who are dedicated to bringing your vision to life! If you’re interested in working with us, inquire as soon as possible.
Fill out our inquiry form here. After we receive your inquiry we will follow up via email.
02.
Gather your InspirationWe require a link to a Pinterest board, a design deck from your planner or other mood boards to get a sense of your vision. Your inspiration photos should convey color palette ideas & styles of arrangements that fit your taste.
If you are unsure about what you want, that is okay! If you’d prefer to leave the details to us or your wedding planner, we are happy to design something for you.
03.
Complete our Intake FormWithin one week of submitting your inquiry, you will receive an intake form. This has all the information WE need to create a customized proposal for you and we appreciate your time in completing the form. Included is a price estimator tool, designed to help you see costs of individual arrangements to assist in budgeting.
Our price estimator is just that, an estimator. A detailed quote will be included in your proposal.
04.
Review your Proposal & Book your DateBased on the information you provide in your intake form, We will send you a custom floral proposal. The proposal will include design aesthetic, color palette, seasonal floral selections & an itemized quote.
With the proposal you will also receive information regarding how to book your date! For peak dates in August & September, we recommend booking 12-9 months in advance.
05.
Review Details on a Video CallOnce your wedding date is booked, we will schedule a video call to review your proposal. During this time we can answer any additional questions, and ensure the floral proposal is aligned with your event aesthetic and other design details. We will be available to you throughout your planning process for design consultation and order adjustments.
06.
The Vision Comes to LifeNow for the best part! 6-4 weeks prior to your wedding day, we will sit down with you to finalize your order details. Once that finalization of the order is complete, all the floral details will be handled with the loving care of our team.
We will prebook specialty blooms, connect with growers to secure the perfect colors, travel to the market to select flowers that bring your vision to life. From thoughtfully designing each arrangement, installing larger scale pieces and hand delivering your bouquet, this is hands down the best part of our process. <3
